Oral History of Sydney Tran
Sydney Tran, a 22-year-old Vietnamese American, was interviewed about her upbringing, cultural identity, and experiences as a second-generation Vietnamese American. She grew up in San Jose, California, where she was surrounded by a large Vietnamese community. While she primarily spoke English at home, her parents spoke Vietnamese.
